INCEPTION OF RAJAS ENTERPRISES
We Started With The Hard And Tireless Work Of Dr. J.C. Sharma In The Year 1966
RAJAS Enterprises (India) started by the Founder Dr. J.C. Sharma in the year 1966. Initially the market was only In India, and gradually the founder raise the sales graph and technology as well, each and every year. In few years after establishment, the company became a big Industry and the sales graph of the company was regular on up swing by passing each and every year. Nowadays, it is an Industry with global markets and the expansion of the RAJAS is more than 40 countries by its distributors, agents or direct sales. Now the Rajas Enterprises is run by second and the most innovative & creative third generation. Since its inception the force driving the company is curiosity and innovation. We keep working hard to update our systems to best and to the newest technologies. Rajas Enterprises use world class tubes in our products. Our stores are fully packed with all the raw materials so that in the case of shortage of raw material in the market we can drive our production for next six months. It helps us to avoid any kind of delays in case of shortage of raw material. Every box of raw material undergo testing by purchase department before it reaches to our stores. We feel proud to say that we are the one and only company in Ambala whose raw material is also well tested.
MANUFACTURING FACILITY
We Have Been Recognized As One Of The Leading Manufacturer Of Glassware We Made 1,500 Standard Products From Flasks, Reagent Bottles, Beakers, Adapters , Dishes Etc. We Have Adequate Glassblowers Which Are Involved In Complete Range Of Laboratory Glassware From Flask To Beakers, Joints.
We have also complete range of Hand blowing items which involves high accuracy and precision glass like Adapters, Condensers, Extractors and many more.
PRINTING PROCESS
For Printing Process we have different section of Printing in which different screen stencils are used for having print on our products. Generally we use WHITE COLOUR, GREEN COLOR for Non Calibrated items and BLUE COLOUR on CLASS A items, Amber Color is also available upon the customer request. We also have amber coating facility in house. All inks we use are German made which are Chemical resistant , Acid resistant.
GRINDING & WASHING
We have multiple grinding machine operated by our highly skilled employees which make sure that every products has proper fitting of joints. We have specially designed Oven for drying of our products to make sure that no dirt particle or water marks remain uncleaned.
FURNACING & ANNEALING
All our products are properly annealed in our custom designed with temperature control so that all our products should be heated and annealed properly.
CALIBRATION & TESTING
Rajas ‘s German Calibration Machine Which Enable High Accuracy With Class A Tolerance. All Our Volumetric Glassware Range Comes With Different Kinds Of Calibration Certificate. All The Volumetric Glassware Requires High Precision With High Accuracy And To Achieve That We Have Fully Automatic German Made Calibration Machine.
VACCUM TESTING
We Have Specially Customized Vacuum Testing Machine Which Test The Volumetric Flask With The Help Of Vacuum With In Built Automatic Display Which Confirms That Whether The Flask Is In Class A Or Class B Tolerance.
WAREHOUSE
We Have More Than 5000 M2 Of Ware House In Facility Which Enable Us To Deliver The Goods With The Shortest Lead Time. We Have Adequate Stock Ready With Us To Meet With Requirement Of Our Customers.
